God I'm so glad that I can IM half of my coworkers rather than *gasp* call them and that is saying something because LOL IM SHYNESS. Although I don't really have IM aversion at work because usually there is a work-related topic at hand rather than me just wanting to go ":D? :D?" at the other person :D:
